Little Girls and Tutus
One of the reasons I wish I had a girl is so I could dress her up in pink and all things frilly. There are some cute boy clothes out there, but nothing like there is for little girls. The little girls section in Old Navy is twice the size of the boys section. It’s just not fair.
So what’s a mom of a boy to do? Borrow someone’s little girl to dress up
Little Miss Cameron is turning 1 next month and we did a fun shoot last week. What made it so fun was the awesome tutu that Tiara from Tiara’s Boutique sent us. Cameron is having a Tinkerbell themed birthday party so she sent the perfect tutu and wings! I loved it!

And here’s Cami in another one of Taira’s creations a few months ago.

I want one in my size… seriously! I would totally wear it!

I have 5 brothers and am the only girl in my family. I now have two little boys of my own, and get girl envy too! It might be a blessing in disguise that we have boys because I know that I would be broke from buying so many cute girl clothes!!

It’s true! Keely dresses much cuter than I. Girls are so much fun. I can’t wait for my second little girl and there matching dresses =)
Great work Drew! These are wonderful, and she is such a CUTIE!

I love your site. I am also a stay at home mom and photographer. I really enjoy your site. You give lots of great ideas. These pictures are so wonderful. My daughter is only 4 months, so I am getting lots of ideas for the future. I can’t wait to try your background tip. I bought some fabric and I just need to try it out.
Adorable!!! And the light is lovely too. I won a tutu on another blog awhile back and have used it once on my own baby girl (its still way too big for her) and LOVED the way the photos came out. Can’t wait to use it again, and in the meantime, I’m going to make my own smaller version! Great shots!
