I live in a cave AND I hate taking pictures of my kids indoors. Probably a fear of bad light…. I have used this idea quite a bit with my kids. And even on shoots, having the sunlight bounce off of the concrete is a great way to get those awesome catch-lights in the eyes! (The girls are counting down the days until they get to see Miss Drew!)…

I have heard to do this, but am yet to try it. Luckily I don’t live in a cave anymore so won’t have to use this method too much… I would really have to bribe my kids to get them to sit there, they would be wanting to ride bikes and play if we were out there

It really isn't fair that I am a photographer and live in a cave. It is too dark 85% of the time in my house. I am ready to chop down the shade trees and buy bigger windows! To top it off, it is cold outside 65% of the year. *sigh* .-= Catharine´s last blog ..Miss Emmerson =-.
