Sick
I’ve got a sick boy here. Fever, cough, threw up once. All fun stuff. The problem is that while his fever ranges from 100 to 102 he acts like he feels fine most of the time. Just more tired than normal. I don’t want to take him out because I don’t want to get anyone else sick, but we got major cabin fever yesterday after watching Cars, Thomas, a few episodes of Wonder Pets, and only taking a 45 minute nap. So, we went out for a little drive and picked up some Starbucks at the location with the drive thru. So we wouldn’t infect anyone. He spent most of his day like this though.
PS Do you like my new artwork? I love it! Not only one of my favorite songs ever, but also our first dance song at our wedding.

The art was one of the first thing I noticed. Where did you get it? When my kiddos have cabin fever and weather was bad, we used to let them ride their trikes in the garage and let them play ball with the garage door closed. Hide and seek is another fun game to play inside the house to help get the wiggles out. Hope B feels better soon!

Oh, poor little guy! We just finished a month of bronchitis, sinus and infections and general malaise x4. It’s a relief to be able to leave the house once again.
Thanks so very much for the advice on lenses. I love my 24-70 more than I can say. I really hope there’s a 50/1.2 coming my way for Mother’s Day!
In the meantime, any idea when your next guide will be available? I’m dying to shoot manual and have tried on my own with very disappointing results. I need me some more DrewB advice!!
LOVE the artwork! Also love the eye exam throw pillow. Great combination. Poor little guy. I spent the morning at the doctors with my daughter. Apparently when I was gone last night, she was crawling around on the ground looking for something and broke a sewing needle off in her knee! She’s 6 and my oldest of three kids. My husband couldn’t find the missing part of the needle, but I just told him that if she wasn’t crying too hard to put her to bed. She survived and felt much better *miraculously* after we spent $20 to go to the doctor in order for them to have her walk on it and give her a little ibuprofen. Ugh. Better to be safe than sorry, right?

lovey love love the sign. it is so perfect and I can’t believe you found it! He is pretty cute in spite of feeling junky. Hooray for drive thru starbucks. I probably drive by 10 normal starbucks on the way to mine, but it is so worth it!

It is definitely going around. My son started with cough, then the fever came and stayed for 7, yes 7 days straight. Cough stiff hung around but we are finally in the clear. My daughter stayed home from school over a week.
Hope he feels better and you don’t get it. My hubby did but I managed to swing by with just a sore throat.

How fitting your wall art is for such a day full of sickness. When our little ones are sick…sometimes Love is all they need. My little girl was throwing up every 15 minutes this past Monday. It broke my heart because there was nothing I could do but hold her, love her, and let her know it would be okay. After each round of bowl worshiping, she would look at me tiredly and say, “I wuv you,Momma”

Poor little guy! I hate when my little ones are sick!
I LOVE LOVE the artwork! My dad is the BIGGEST beatles fan ever and I need that in my house! It would just be such a special part of my dad and my childhood in my house!
