Tissue Poms

I’ve gotten a few requests about how I made the tissue poms for Brayden’s birthday party.  I was going to do my own tutorial, but then I thought my friend, Martha, could probably teach you better.  Here’s her tutorial.  That Martha is pretty crafty.

I bought my tissue paper from Paper Mart because I knew I wanted a lot, but you can also buy the smaller packs from Target or Michaels or wherever.

Good luck to you!  They are a little difficult to figure out at first, but once you get the hang of it it’s easy as pie :)

The tissue poms are fantastic – the colors are too perfect. I do have to know, though – how did you hang them from the ceiling? I can’t tell in this photograph, but did you put hooks in the ceiling? I am thinking no, but can’t tell . . .

I’m so sorry it rained, but the party turned out so cute & it looks like Brayden had a blast! I love every single thing about your decorations. My baby girl is turning one in June & I’m already planning! Haha! Ridiculous, I know, but I can’t help myself. I am DEFINITELY doing the tissue poms.

Thanks for sharing. I made some of these in pink for my daughter’s birthday, but I never would of thought to use them for my boys. But I love them in the colors you chose. They are perfect.

For a second you had me thinking i could make these myself. Maybe you could just raffle off the ones you made if they now take up valuable space?! Regardless, the party looked beautiful and full of sunshine despite the weather. Nice job.

So cute! My friend just celebrated her 32nd birthday, as a gag, I threw her a High School Musical party and made those tissue poms.. they were a HUGE hit. And sooooo easy to make. My boys both want some for their rooms now. lOl
