Little Rewards
I’ve been giving Brayden little rewards after my runs like a trip to the park or a special snack. He has been so good in the stroller and I really appreciate him being so patient and letting me have a little Mommy time. Today he wanted ice cream and it was such a nice day out we ate it out in the backyard. I may or may not have had two bites (Hey! I just burned over 300 calories on my run!). When I asked him for a bite he started doing airplane with me. Where does this kid learn these things from?

Ahhh!!! Congrats on your BOB!!! I hope you have a blast with it. What did you decide about the Run Keeper vs. Nike+? I have been lucky enough to come down with mono, so I’m having to suspend my training for a bit, so I’m living vicariously through those who are running. Ha!

I got the Nike+ and love it! I just started posting my results to my twitter yesterday. Taking the day off today though. I’m sore!
I started the Couch to 5K this week– I think I found the link here? Anyway, I LOVE it. Totally inspired to run now (which speaks volumes because I hate running.) Have fun with the new jogger!

My two year old LOVES your blog almost as much as I do. lOl He and Brayden have a lot of the same clothes, so he gets really excited about “Boy! Shirt! Me too!” :0)
