Baby K’s Nursery
The nursery is done! Or as done as it’s going to get for now. Funny how I’ve been planning and designing the nursery for months and it came down to the last few hours to get it all done.
If you’ll remember, this is what the nursery looked like a few months ago when it was my office:

Here are a few of my favorite details:
I wanted a wall of fun prints and pictures. One of my favorites is the eye chart print from The Word Shop. Our first dance song was “All You Need is Love” and the eye chart is because Chuck is an eye doctor 
I put a couple of our maternity pictures up as well.
This quote said by Christopher Robin in the Winnie the Pooh movie is one of my favorite quotes. I couldn’t find a print anywhere that I liked so I made it in Photoshop. I also really like it because my mom loves Winne the Pooh and my baby shower was Winnie the Pooh themed.
I also wanted a print with this saying, but couldn’t find one so I made it.
I dressed up my old dresser with pretty knobs from Anthropologie
This was my Grandma’s favorite song. Baby K’s middle name is after my Grandma. I love having this in the nursery as a reminder of her. I wish she were here to see her great grandaughter. From Go Jump In The Lake.
The bed skirt ruffle is from my amazing friend, Julie. She is so talented. It makes the room.
The three canvas prints above the changing pad were painted by Brayden. The blue one is the ocean. The brown print with pink is a tree (it’s his arm and hand for the trunk and fingerprints for the leaves). And the rainbow is… a rainbow. He is a very good rainbow painter The K to the left is one of my favorite parts of the room. I found it at the Rose Bowl flea market.
And that’s it Can’t wait for our little girl to see it!
