Daddy’s Girl?
Brayden has always liked Chuck more than me. From day one. I had such a hard labor and delivery with Brayden that Chuck stepped up at the beginning and was the one who gave B his baths, walked around the house in the wee hours of the morning while he cried and cried, and played with him while I worked. He’s so patient with Brayden and way more fun than I am. Chuck has always been his favorite.
I assumed the same would be true of Kennedy, but she actually likes me better! I would be lying if I said I didn’t get some delight out of the fact that I can get her to calm down and stop crying when she screams and screams for Chuck. I love that she loves to snuggle with me and likes to be with me. But, one day she will learn that she has the best Daddy in the entire world and I’m sure he will be her favorite then too

My second was the same way! My oldest loved my hubby for second one! Then our second came and she wouldnt let anyone but me hold her for the first 6 months….by that point I was hoping she would like someone else

I love the picture and the post! I have to say that my boys, especially my first became a daddy’s boy, BIG TIME!!! my middle one, it depends on the mood, but my lil girl, momma’s girl all the way!!!! It is a girl thing I guess, but I am loving it and she is now 14 months! What a bond between a mother and daughter!!!! I do love my boys, the bonds are definately strong, but different! Enjoy every moment, with both!

Hi Kara! Great question! I caught it candidly, but didn’t have a camera in my hand. I don’t typically carry a camera around the house with me at all times
I told him to not move and ran and got my camera
