Summer Storm
If you are from Southern California you know how rare a summer storm is. When it rains in July it’s a BIG deal. So what does any good mom make her four year old do? Go play in the pouring rain. More specifically, swing in the rain while trying to catch raindrops on his tongue. Poor kid kept asking for an umbrella. He was so confused!
